Life Coaching
Do you feel stuck in life or find you cannot get to where you
want to be? Are relationships difficult? Do you feel unhappy with yourself and find life is a struggle?
Many of us carry negative beliefs about our selves and our world around us that influence
these problems in life. We are often not even aware of those beliefs but they affect all our decisions and the choices we
make in life.
Susan gently guides you to identify these negative beliefs and begin the process
of changing them and bringing in positive thoughts and feelings. Trained in the work of Louise L. Hay and others, she uses
various exercises, meditations and affirmations to allow you to discover the wonderful being that you are and to begin living
the life that you want.

This a powerful 2 day workshop
based on the work of Louise L Hay and others. During the workshop, participants learn the basic points of Louise Hay's
philosophy and how they can apply it to their own life. Through exercises and meditation, participants are guided to discover
and become aware of negative beliefs and patterns which have been holding them back in life. They are helped to release
old emotions and begin to love themselves more fully. This workshop is empowering and life changing.
To ensure the best for all participants, Susan facilitates these workshops
with two colleagues, Tonia and Alison. Tonia is also an Advanced Heal Your Life workshop Leader and Life coach, Reiki Master/Teacher
along with a number of other wonderful skills. Alison is a Heal Your Life workshop Leader and a Reiki Master. Together, they
gently and lovingly support the participants through the workshop, aiding all to make huge steps forward on their own healing
journey.
