Many of us carry negative beliefs about our selves and our
world around us that influence these problems in life. We are often not even aware of those
beliefs but they affect all our decisions and the choices we make in life.
Susan gently guides you to identify these negative beliefs and begin the process
of changing them and bringing in positive thoughts and feelings. Trained in the work of Louise L. Hay and others,
she uses various exercises, meditations and affirmations to allow you to discover the wonderful
being that you are and to begin living the life that you want.
