Free healing sessions are offered on Wednesdays that showcase the various healing methods used in my programs.

The Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code are energy-healing modalities created by holistic practitioner Dr. Bradley Nelson. These methods use muscle testing to find and release perceived trapped energies, imbalances, and negative mental programs in the body and subconscious mind.
The Emotion Code: Focuses on finding and releasing single "trapped emotions" from past negative events that are believed to cause physical or emotional distress. It also clearing emotions that make up your “Heart-Wall”.
The Body Code: Expands much broader than emotions to look for energetic imbalances across six primary categories: energies, circuitry, toxins, pathogens, structural alignment, and nutrition.
The Belief Code: Targets and clears faulty or limiting core beliefs, negative programs, and self-sabotaging identities often formed in childhood or inherited.
